Bespoke Service

Any design starts with an element - a colour, an image, a mood, anything that captures the unique idea that you want to portray. Through continuing consultation I will create a range of designs from the building blocks of your original concept. The designs from the gallery can also be altered in  many cases to tie in with your scheme, so please don't be afraid to ask. The price for each card remains the same, but this service attracts an additional one off fee. Please enquire for details.

Order quantities

There are no minimum order quantities. You may order what you want, when you want. If you want your invitations first and then other items at a later date once you have verified numbers etc then that will be fine.

Wording and fonts

All card inserts can be printed in a range of styles and colours also. I am happy to advise and send you some samples if you require. The wording can be exactly as you wish, whether you choose a traditional wording or wish to personalise it, the choice is up to you. Again if you are not sure please contact me for advice. The inserts can either be printed with a row of dots for you to hand write your guests names, or individually addressed. This service attracts a small one of charge of between £5 - £15 depending on the size of your order.

Postage and delivery

I will deliver your cards when you want them - its as simple as that. It is usually recommended to order your cards about three months before your wedding and if you can order them around this time or earlier, great. If you can't don't panic! Please contact me and I will give you an honest appraisal of my work load and try my best to accommodate your order - I'm a 'stay up all night if I have to' kind of girl and can usually work something out. All orders are charged at £5.00 postage and packing and are usually sent by recorded delivery (this requires a signature).

Samples

I am happy to send out a sample if you require. There is no charge for this unless you want several in which case I make a small charge, which will of course be refunded to you if you go on to place an order.

Proofs

No order goes into production before you are completely happy. Once all the details have been finalised I will send you a proof to check, several if necessary, and once all is confirmed I will go ahead.

Payment

A deposit of 25% should be made once your order has been confirmed. The balance is payable once your proof has been approved, and prior to dispatch of your order.
